According to Nelson Mandela “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. AFC holds the same view and believes education is the best weapon through which we can fight poverty in poor and needy communities in the South West and North West region of Cameroon. In this regard AFC has been built and equipped a modern classroom at Ndongo primary school. We hope to extend this project to many poor and needy schools.

Also, AFC has continued to enhance quality education in poor and needy communities in the South West and North West region of Cameroon. In this regard AFC has provided a mini-library and classroom furniture’s (desks, chairs and tables) at Presbyterian primary school Bomaka- Buea. This project is geared to promote quality education by providing access to books, other learning materials to poor and needy kids attending the school and to ensure they sit comfortably during lessons. We hope to extend the project to other schools in Cameroon.

Furthermore, AFC encourages back to school every academic year, ensuring poor and needy children don’t drop out of school. In this regard at the beginning of each academic year, AFC provides essential school materials like textbooks, exercise books, pens, pencils, school bags etc to orphans, poor, needy and internally displaced children. This time was the turn of Ndongo primary school where school bags containing important school supplies were distributed to hundreds of poor and needy children attending the school.
